Gentle cleanse
Very gentle cleanse but it made me sweat more than I expected while I released toxins. It definitely helped with my joint inflammation issues and had no aftertaste.

Good packaging and delivery, definitely smells like turmeric and or a little bit of ginger... I'm good with that!It's a capsule. But only requires 1 (ONE) a day to meet the specs... Thrilled with that part!4 star vs 5 cuz it's a supplement, and I cannot attest to efficacy. But a couple of key points I do like about it as noted above.

No Urgent Bathroom Breaks!
I like these pills for detox. I feel like it's a better alternative to detox teas. It doesn't cause dehydration. It's a more natural way of cleaning yourself out. I take it with my last meal of the day. After a week I will start taking it twice a day.

Great blend
Too soon to tell if these ashwagandha supplements are working, however I like that they do not upset my stomach. I'm sensitive to the taste and smell of many vitamins and often burp up vitamin taste for hours afterwards. Not the case here. These have a pleasant, light spicy scent. I also appreciate that there are no fillers or other junk. Made in China, this supplement contains a blend of holistic herbs that aim to support your overall well-being.

Exactly as described, easy to swallow capsule.
These Shilajit and turmeric capsules are exactly as described. Since they contain turmeric, you may see some yellow residue, but that's normal with any product that has it. The gel-type capsules are easy to swallow and aren't too big. I'm pleased with this product!

Healthy yet stinky!
I have to say since I’ve been taking these tablets lately I have been having a burst of energy. .my body feels different. Had a light cold and it instantly knocked it out.. The taste is horrible tho ! fishy chalky due to the garlic bulbs, but it is jammed packed with goodness.! if you can get past the taste!
