Accessibility Statement
Deha wants everyone to be able to shop with us, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our website.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we have done
- Tested the site with automated checkers (axe, Lighthouse, WAVE), keyboard-only navigation and screen readers (VoiceOver).
- Added descriptive text alternatives to product and page images.
- Made menus, search, filters, product options and the cart work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
- Checked colour contrast, text resizing and layout on small screens.
- We re-test the site when we make changes.
Known limitations
- Some features are provided by third parties (for example reviews, subscriptions, payment buttons and chat). We report issues to these providers, but we do not fully control their content.
- Checkout is hosted by Shopify, which maintains its own accessibility program.
