Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. If we do ship internationally, please note that the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Deha Nutritions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
