Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Deha Nutritions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Certain items are non-returnable, including opened nutritional supplements, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the information below.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
