I am not an expert on supplements or whether they're reliable, but I have been using these for a while, and I have noticed a difference. I have been feeling a noticeable amount of more energy after I take them. It isn't instant or a crazy amount, but it does work. The taste is a little weird, but they are easy enough to swallow.Overall, I would recommend them.

Quality ingredients

This supplement appears to be of high quality. My wife and kids started taking it this past weekend when I was down with a flu in order to get the immune boost they needed to stay healthy. 7 days later and no one else has succumbed to the flu. This supplement didn't cause any indigestion for our son who has a sensitive stomach, and it had no off putting taste. We like the list of natural immune boosters that are included in the formula.

Good ingredients but smells yucky

Deha 7-in-1 immune blend supplements are GMO-free, vegan and certified organic. The seven immune-boosters are moringa, elderberry, oregano leaf, astragalus, vitamin c, ginger root and garlic bulb. I found these pills to be stinky if you deliberately smell them, and the taste is yucky too, but that is because of the garlic bulb. If you're looking for an easy way to boost your immunity without needing to take a handful of pills each day, this 7 in 1 formula might be the ticket! The 30 count bottle is only a 10 day supply though due to serving suggestion being 3 pills a day. The price is fair for this product.

Extra immunity

I finished the whole bottle and had no weird side effects while taking this. It felt good knowing I was getting a little extra boost of immunity from superfoods known to contain the vitamins that aid in immune defense naturally. No weird taste or smell, I got no complaints!
